To strengthen our leadership team in Salalah, we are seeking an experienced Director of Water & Fuel Systems to oversee operations and drive strategic growth.

Role Overview

The Director of Water & Fuel Systems will be responsible for managing system operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and leading initiatives to optimize performance. This role requires technical expertise, strategic vision, and strong leadership to align operations with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee water and fuel system operations across projects.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to deliver seamless services.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare detailed performance reports for senior leadership.
• Drive innovation in system design, maintenance, and operational processes.
• Mentor and guide technical staff to achieve excellence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in water and fuel systems management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of water treatment, fuel distribution, and system optimization.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Pay: Up to RO3,600.000 per month
