As we expand our US leadership presence, we are hiring a senior leader to own paid media strategy and executive account governance for a strategic global client engagement.
Role Overview
The Director, Paid Media & Account Leadership is a senior, client-facing leadership role responsible for driving measurable growth outcomes across a multi-channel performance marketing program. You will serve as the onshore strategic and operational lead, partnering directly with client executives while ensuring disciplined governance across global delivery teams. This role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on platform expertise.
What You’ll Do
Paid Media Leadership
- Own end-to-end paid media strategy across Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube), Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms (DV360 / TTD preferred)
- Lead full-funnel performance strategy (demand capture + demand creation)
- Design and execute structured creative testing frameworks
- Drive share-of-voice expansion across priority markets
- Oversee optimization, pacing, and platform rigor
- Improve CAC, CPL, ROAS, and overall conversion efficiency
Executive Account Leadership
- Act as the primary US-based strategic partner to client executive leadership
- Lead weekly executive performance reviews and business discussions
- Translate business objectives into measurable marketing outcomes
- Establish reporting, governance, and operating cadence
- Proactively identify and resolve performance risks
Cross-Channel Growth Orchestration
- Align paid and organic search strategies to maximize search dominance
- Partner with SEO/AEO teams on keyword and entity strategy
- Support lifecycle marketing and automation alignment
- Drive experimentation across creative, landing pages, and audiences
- Contribute to global market activation and localization strategies
What We’re Looking For Required
- 8–15 years of experience in performance or growth marketing
- Proven ownership of $1M+ annual paid media budgets
- Deep, hands-on expertise across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms
- Experience working directly with executive stakeholders
- Strong understanding of CAC modeling and attribution
- Experience leading cross-functional or distributed teams
Preferred
- Experience in B2B, healthcare, or technology sectors
- Familiarity with Salesforce, GA4, and advanced attribution models
- Experience scaling global or multi-market campaigns
- Agency, consulting, or growth leadership background
