  • Grow existing partnerships through regular business reviews, performance optimization, and upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
  • Represent NEWITY at conferences, industry events, and partner meetings, including regular travel, to build brand presence and executive-level relationships.
  • Partner with marketing, product, risk, and operations to scope, launch, and scale partnership initiatives with clear business cases, goals, and timelines.
  • Own partnership performance dashboards, KPIs, forecasts, and senior leadership reporting, providing data-driven recommendations to improve results.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance on deal structures, pricing, and contract terms to ensure attractive, scalable agreements.
  • Mentor junior team members and help build processes, playbooks, and best practices for the business development function.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • 5–7 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or channel sales, ideally in fintech, financial services, or B2B SaaS.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing, structuring, and closing complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships that drive measurable revenue or volume.
  • Experience working with or selling into financial institutions, lenders, or fintech platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and executive-level communication skills, with the ability to influence internally and externally.
  • Highly analytical, comfortable building and interpreting performance dashboards, forecasting, and using data to shape strategy.
  • Proven ability to operate as a self-starter in a fast-paced, remote-first, high-growth environment, with a bias toward ownership and outcomes.
