Director of Procurement

• Location: Denver, CO (Support Center Hybrid)
• Department: Supply Chain
• Base Salary Range: $150,000–$190,000 annually
• Bonus: 20% annual incentive target
• Long-Term Incentive (LTI): $30,000 annually
  Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

The Opportunity

• We’re looking for a Director of Procurement to lead the sourcing and purchasing strategy that powers our brands every day. You’ll oversee all aspects of procurement—from supplier partnerships and contract negotiations to cost optimization and innovation—while leading a talented team of Category Managers. This highly visible role collaborates across Marketing, R&D, Operations, Distribution, and Quality Assurance to deliver exceptional products and value to our guests.

What You’ll Do

• Lead strategic sourcing and category management for key spend areas across the business.
• Build and maintain high-impact supplier partnerships that ensure quality, consistency, and competitive cost.
• Negotiate contracts, monitor commodity markets, and identify opportunities to mitigate inflationary risk.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on new product development, limited-time offers, and menu innovation.
• Establish supplier performance metrics and lead regular business reviews to drive accountability.
• Coach and develop a team of four Category Managers, promoting continuous learning, curiosity, and results.
• Champion a culture of ownership, transparency, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, including 5+ years in leadership.
• Strong background in food commodity purchasing and supplier management.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to influence and drive results through others.

Compensation Range:

$91,270.40 - $159,723.20 per year

• Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations.
