Xbox is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to lead global strategy for the Xbox Gaming & Devices ecosystem. This role drives product positioning, audience definition, and go-to-market plans for hardware and platform experiences, partnering closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to influence the roadmap.
You’ll join a team of creative professionals behind some of the world’s most loved gaming devices, including Xbox Series X|S and a full accessories lineup. This role will be part of shaping the future of gaming.

Product Marketing IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.
