Reports to: Sr. Product Director, Performance - HOKA Footwear

The Role
The Director of Product for Road at HOKA writes the next chapter of disruptive, beloved footwear experiences for our highest volume category. With the aim of delivering unique high-performance solutions to road runners around the world, the Director - Road will lead a stellar team into the future, all while exemplifying the spirit, creativity, and collaboration core to HOKA.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
Vision – HOKA’s Road category continues to grow and deliver a combination of trusted franchises and new innovations – your job is to help craft and articulate a future that keeps HOKA top of mind for road runners across the world.
Leadership – The team is growing rapidly and requires leaders who are exemplary at managing through change, coaching talent, and building a culture of passion, empathy, and curiosity.
Connection – Collaborating with cross functional partners in and beyond the product teams to ensure one cohesive and consistent vision comes to life for HOKA on the Road.
Adaptability – Thinking entrepreneurially and creatively and not being afraid to change course when the consumers or marketplace tell us to do so.
Who You Are
Above all, you love leading and encouraging others by cultivating a vision and shared sense of purpose. You have unquestionable experience creating amazing footwear solutions, and want to be a part of building the next chapter at a company where your point of view can truly have an impact. You’ve managed impactful franchises, helped implement improvements in process, and can’t visit the grocery store or local park without looking at what’s on everyone’s feet. You’re willing to learn new ways of working, to take bold leaps and fail, and to lift others up as you stand back up and repeat the process over and over again with a smile on your face and a fire in your belly.
