Role Overview

Northbrick Consultancy is seeking a senior sales leader to head its real estate business. The Director – Sales will be responsible for driving overall revenue growth, defining sales strategy, leading high-performing teams, and strengthening relationships with developers, clients, and channel partners across NCR.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the sales strategy aligned with business objectives
• Own revenue targets and P&L for the sales function
• Lead, mentor, and manage sales team
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with developers, investors, and key clients
• Drive high-value negotiations and oversee critical deal closures
• Monitor sales performance, pipelines, forecasts, and MIS
• Collaborate with marketing on lead generation and brand positioning
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and ethical sales practices
• Handle client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate sales ( Mandatory)
• Proven track record in scaling revenue and leading large sales teams
• Strong developer, investor, and channel network in NCR
• Strong knowledge of the Noida real estate market (residential & commercial)
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills
