We are looking for a highly driven Director Strategic Partnerships with strong experience in sales within Cleaning and facility management Services. This is a partnership-style role for someone who is entrepreneurial, ambitious, and ready to grow with the company.

Key Requirements:

✔ 3–4 years of sales experience in cleaning and facility management services

✔ Strong ability to generate new business and secure long-term contracts

✔ Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills

✔ Entrepreneurial mindset, acting as a partner rather than an employee
