 Role Overview:
 
 
 
 A fast-growing beauty/personal care brand is seeking a Director, Supply Chain Operations to lead end-to-end supply chain, owning demand planning, S&amp;OP, inventory deployment, 3PL execution, and order fulfillment &mdash; all with direct visibility to the Executive Leadership Team.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 You will:
 
 
 <ul>

 Own demand planning and S&amp;OP, aligning with sales and retail partners
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive operational excellence across 3PL, inventory control, and order fulfillment
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze performance, reduce chargebacks, and implement scalable process improvements
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Ideal profile:
 
 5+ years in supply chain (beauty/personal care preferred), strong ERP/NetSuite &amp; EDI, advanced Excel, and a passion for building best-in-class operations.

Overseeing all aspects of the supply chain for a rapidly expanding beauty brand, the Director ensures seamless coordination from demand planning and S&OP to inventory control and order fulfillment. Working closely with sales partners and engaging directly with executive leadership, you’ll optimize processes, reduce costs, drive innovation—and help deliver beauty products customers love.
