Lead, manage and develop the Finance, Accounting and CCM team as well as the IT function, ensuring a high level of cooperation and cross-functional support to all other departments as well as the regional and HQ teams
Serve as a strategic sparring partner and advisor to the Managing Director, with a strong focus on financial sustainability, risk management, and emerging business trends.
Demonstrate strong cultural awareness with the ability to integrate effectively into a highly diverse team.
Play an active role in the country management team
Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A / R, A / P, GL and Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, Revenue Recognition and Collection
Execute month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes
Coordinate the preparation of all regulatory reporting and compliance with local government requirements, rules and regulations as well as tax filings
Coordinate and direct the preparation of budget and financial forecasts
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
Manage the full CCM process, including dunning process and ageing analysis including risk management
Ensure all processes within the organization are set-up and maintained with sound internal controls and in line with relevant Doka Standards (where applicable)
Implement the controlling standards and continuously improve the controlling processes in the country
Plan and execute regular audits to assure compliance with the standards and continuous improvement of the processes - in all departments based on WI / PI
Plan cash flow effectively to ensure self-sufficient funding of the country organisation
Act proactively as a business partner and commercial consultant of the management
Prepare analyses, provide recommendations and significantly contribute to the improvement of the financial performance
Act as Compliance Ambassador for all relevant entities, ensuring integrity and compliance with our internal Code of Conduct at all times in collaboration with the Compliance Department in HQ
Create and implement KPIs for themselves and their team, based on agreed targets, ensuring achievement
Develop and support the finance & controlling team, driving their development and coaching to foster a high-performance culture
Acting as an inspiring role model, consistently embodying and representing Doka's strategy, values, leadership culture, and code of conduct
Driving and executing Doka's vision and strategy, including continuous improvement and development
Develop proactive adjustment and early-action plans to address potential economic changes.
Communicate with adapting style and approach to suit different audiences and stakeholder groups.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, and / or related disciplines
Minimum of five years' experience in a similar management role, demonstrating expertise in controlling, financial analysis, and business planning as well as supervising IT
Profound knowledge of relevant financial and accounting standards
Thorough commercial understanding and experience in the formwork, construction or building material industry, preferably with exposure to rental business models
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills and SAP FI and CO modules, ideally SAP S4 HANA
Receptive mindset and enthusiastic curiosity towards IT including innovative AI tools and technologies
Strong qualitative abilities, including analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and technical skills, along with effective problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication skills, able to convey information concisely and clearly to various internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated leadership skills, adept at managing diverse teams and delivering results

Flexibility to travel within KSA, Bahrain and Egypt
