• Design development frameworks aligned to business strategy.
• Oversee performance management and culture initiatives.
• Influence leadership behaviours and long-term workforce planning.

Candidate profile

• Senior experience in talent management or organisational development.
• Strong exposure to leadership development and transformation environments.
• Experience in the UAE or GCC markets is preferred.
• The candidate must demonstrate credibility with senior leaders and strong design-thinking capability.
