Director- Targeted Case Management - Children

GENERAL OVERVIEW:

The Director provides leadership, oversight, and management of the Targeted Children Case Management Services, ensuring high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, program performance, and staff development. The role oversees clinical and operational functions, utilization review, documentation standards, community relationships, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the Child Targeted Case Management (TCM) program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and system-wide priorities.
  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of program workflows, policies, and service delivery models to enhance quality, efficiency, and client outcomes.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), productivity benchmarks, and quality metrics, using data to drive decision-making and program improvements.
  • Oversee compliance and risk management, ensuring adherence to all state, county, and payer regulations, and proactively addressing audit findings or service gaps.
