We're looking to hire a Director/Senior Director of Total Rewards to join us in our mission to improve human health and quality of life. As a leader within our People team, you'll lead our compensation and benefits functions by designing and delivering programs that attract, retain, and reward top talent worldwide.

What you'll do:
- Lead compensation strategy by designing, implementing, and continuously refining global compensation philosophy and structures, including salary bands, incentive plans, and equity programs
- Oversee benefits programs by evaluating, implementing, and managing competitive benefits offerings (healthcare, retirement, wellness, and perks) to support employee well-being across all regions
- Lead salary review cycles, bonus planning and management, and equity grants, ensuring alignment with budget and business objectives
- Conduct benchmarking, surveys, and market analyses to keep compensation packages competitive and compliant
- Stay current on compensation and benefits regulations (FLSA, ERISA, GDPR, etc.) and ensure programs are legally compliant
- Optimize People systems and analytics to track compensation data, identify trends, and inform decision-making
- Manage and mentor a small team
- Advise executives and managers on pay decisions, policy interpretation, and job leveling to ensure fairness and consistency; collaborate across the People Team and with Finance to provide guidance on compensation-related business problems
What you should have:
- At least eight years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, including at least five in a leadership role or an equivalent
- Expertise in designing and scaling global compensation frameworks, incentive plans, and equity programs
- Deep understanding of US and international benefits regulations and practices
- Experience with compensation analytics tools, HRIS platforms, and market survey data (e.g., Aon, Radford, Mercer)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Master's degree and/or certifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field are a plus
- Willingness to travel quarterly

Estimated base salary range (NYC only): $185,000 - $260,000. Actual compensation package is dependent on a number of factors, including, for example, experience, education, degrees held, market data, and business needs.
