Disbursement Mananger

Unisource National Lender Services is a rapidly growing national title and escrow company licensed in 43 states. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Disbursement Manager to join our expanding national operations platform and help lead a high-performing refinance closing team.

This position is ideal for a highly organized disbursement professional with strong refinance transaction experience, leadership capability, and a desire to grow within a technology-driven national organization. Utilizing our proprietary workflow technology and centralized operations model, you will work directly with national mortgage lenders handling refinance transactions across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of disbursement associates handling all functions related to refinance transaction disbursements
• Review and approve outgoing wires while ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Book incoming and outgoing wire transactions
• Ensure escrow files are balanced, compliant, and ready for funding prior to disbursement
• Utilize Rynoh to monitor daily wire activity, resolve returned wires, and coordinate with lenders to correct funding issues
• Handle wire shortages and funding discrepancies with lenders
• Monitor outstanding insurance payments and follow up with insurance brokers to ensure checks are cashed timely
• Perform month-end bank reconciliations and resolve daily reconciliation exceptions
• Review trial balance reports and address outstanding or uncleared checks
• Maintain compliance with company procedures, lender requirements, and escrow regulations

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years of disbursement experience, including significant refinance transaction experience
• Previous leadership, supervisory, training, or team lead experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of refinance disbursement operations and wire management processes
• Experience working with national mortgage lenders preferred
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working within a technology-driven operational platform
• Experience with Rynoh or similar escrow accounting systems preferred

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
