Disbursement Officer

KW Aviation Group is in aviation business since 1947; We’re a 4th generation growing and dynamic organization committed to excellence in financial integrity and operational efficiency. We are currently seeking a trustworthy and detail-oriented Disbursement Officer to manage daily cash transactions and disbursement activities. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate handling of funds, compliance with financial procedures, and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Payments & Disbursements

• Process and issue all Payment Vouchers (PVs) accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare deposit slips and generate PSIDs, remittance cheques, and all government tax payments.
• Ensure accuracy in tax calculations, correct selection of heads of accounts, and proper narration/description in the ERP system.
• Verify the status of ATL (Active Taxpayer List) or non-ATL before executing any payment to ensure correct tax treatment.

2. Tax & Compliance Documentation

• Download Computerized Payment Receipts (CPRs) and maintain organized records.

3. Approvals & Authorization

• Monitor emails continuously (at frequent intervals) for payment approvals from Chairman/CEO.
• Ensure all transactions are processed only after obtaining proper authorization.

4. Expense & Utility Payments

• Prepare expense and cheque lists for utility bills.
• Ensure timely payment of all utility and operational bills including water, gas, and internet services across locations.

6. Record Keeping & Compliance

• Maintain organized financial records and files for audit and compliance purposes.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

* Diploma or Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

* Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar role is a must.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software (e.g. ERP, QuickBooks).

* Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

* Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

* High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

We Offer:

* Pay Scale starting from Rs 50,000.00 per month

* 3 years Contractual Job offer upon completion of probationary period.

* Appraisal on yearly basis. Regular and punctual to work and on-time task completion will be counted for the appraisals.

* Other benefits for out performers upon managements discretion.
