Discipline Incharge

We are seeking a responsible, organized, and proactive Discipline Incharge to maintain a safe, respectful, and disciplined learning environment. The successful candidate will ensure that college rules and regulations are followed, promote positive student behavior, and work closely with students, faculty, and administration to uphold institutional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain student discipline across the campus.
• Ensure compliance with the college's rules, regulations, and code of conduct.
• Address disciplinary issues fairly, professionally, and in accordance with college policies.
• Counsel students on appropriate behavior and encourage a positive learning environment.
• Coordinate with faculty, administrative staff, and parents when necessary regarding disciplinary matters.
• Supervise student conduct during classes, breaks, examinations, assemblies, and college events.
• Investigate incidents of misconduct and prepare reports for the administration.
• Recommend disciplinary actions when required and maintain accurate records of disciplinary cases.
• Support the implementation of safety and security procedures on campus.
• Promote values such as respect, responsibility, punctuality, and integrity among students.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Previous experience in student affairs, administration, teaching, or a similar supervisory role is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle disciplinary matters with fairness, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Good organizational and report-writing skills.
