Job Summary
The Disclosure Specialist/Loan Closer reviews and analyzes fees, originator compensation, and disclosures in residential real estate lending transactions resulting in compliant disclosure to borrower(s) and investors. This position reviews and manages investor locks to ensure timely delivery and that loans are disclosed in accordance with federal and investor regulations.
Duties
- Monitor and manage disclosure pipeline for initial disclosures and CIC requests ensuring all requests are completed on time and compliant with all regulations.
- Prepare initial disclosures and revised disclosures, specializing in high risk/complex products.
- Ensure that fees entered are appropriate for the program type and geographic area of the loan.
- Ensure disclosure packages are complete, include all documents required and are appropriate for the type of loan.
- Proactively communicate to sales partners any issues with fees, errors, any challenge that could delay borrower disclosures or change their initial input.
- Maintain excellent communications among all customers, both internal and external.
- Provide a superior and consistent level of customer service to all parties.
- Respond to production requests for disclosures in a timely manner. Handle high profile and sensitive situations that require more detailed product and regulatory knowledge.
- Proactively work with the Manager on any issues that might cause any delays and communicate to all parties.
- Understand and maintain a thorough knowledge of the company’s operations and organization, communicating this understanding to others when appropriate, and referring inquiries and correspondence to the proper department or individual.

Pay: $29.00 - $34.00 per hour
