Discord Sales Lead

We are hiring a Discord Sales Lead to generate and close clients for our design, development, and digital marketing services by actively engaging in Discord communities.

This is a performance-driven sales role, your primary focus is to identify prospects, start conversations, and convert them into paying clients.

What You’ll Do:

- Actively engage in targeted Discord servers (startups, SaaS founders, creators, agencies)

- Identify users with potential needs for web development, branding, and marketing services

- Initiate and manage conversations via DMs and community interactions

- Qualify leads and move them to calls or direct closing

- Maintain a consistent pipeline and track all conversations

- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and smooth handoff

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven track record in selling digital services (design, development, marketing)

- Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills

- Deep understanding of Discord behavior, culture, and outreach tactics

- Ability to work independently and deliver results without supervision

- Comfortable working in a night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PKT)

Nice to Have:

- Experience dealing with international clients (US, UK, etc.)

- Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales pipelines

- Agency or freelance marketplace background

Compensation:

- Market-competitive base salary

- Performance-based commission (uncapped earning potential)
