Duties

• Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by regularly cleaning countertops, floors, and equipment.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients.
• Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to ensure a smooth flow of service.
• Support banquet operations by preparing necessary items for events and catering services.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and maintain high standards of cleanliness.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and basic cooking skills is a plus.
• Experience in catering or banquet services is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration with kitchen staff.
