Dishwasher

Dishwasher/Porter must be detail oriented, organized, precise and able to work well under pressure. Dishwashers/Porters are responsible for producing high quality cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, being punctual, reliable and working well with others. We have a passion and focus on from-scratch cooking, in a fun, fast paced environment. Full time employees are eligible for health insurance benefits. Prepare a station with all products and supplies necessary to execute daily/nightly tasks.

Replenish Dish area and storage areas proactively.

Follow instructions provided by Executive Chef, Sous Chef, Kitchen leads and General Manager.

Comply with nutrition, sanitation, and industry specific safety and sanitation guidelines and best practices.

Properly store, rotate, and manage all food products following local, state, federal, and company guidelines

Communicate well with service staff procedures of sanitation/organization and other necessary items.

Clean as you go mentality.

Expected to be on feet for long periods of time (5-10 hrs) and be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
