Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment, supporting the overall food service operations. Duties

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas during service hours.
• Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food handling and assisting with plating or garnishing.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by sweeping floors, wiping counters, and disposing of waste properly.
• Support catering events or banquet setups by ensuring all dishware and utensils are clean and ready for use.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold health standards in the kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy service times.

Experience

• Prior experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Nice-to-have skills include experience with bussing tables, food preparation, banquet or catering experience, and general kitchen or culinary experience.
• Familiarity with food handling procedures and sanitation standards is advantageous.
• Previous roles in hospitality or hotel environments can be beneficial.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality and eager to contribute to a team-oriented environment while gaining valuable experience in food service operations.
