Responsibilities

• Efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using proper techniques and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, including sinks, counters, and storage areas
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables or organizing supplies as needed to support the kitchen staff
• Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is cleaned and ready for service
• Follow food handling safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage waste disposal and recycling processes efficiently
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness throughout the restaurant or hotel environment to promote a welcoming atmosphere

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Familiarity with basic cleaning procedures and food handling practices is advantageous
• Experience working in banquet settings or catering environments can be beneficial
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting culinary operations
• Prior hospitality or hotel experience is a plus but not mandatory; we value enthusiasm and reliability above all
