Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure smooth restaurant operations. This role offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in food service, catering, and hospitality environments, supporting the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health and safety standards
• Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to maintain a clean dining environment
• Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food handling and prep work
• Ensure all work areas are clean and organized throughout shifts
• Assist with catering setups and banquet service when required
• Follow proper procedures for food handling and sanitation to uphold hygiene standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of food preparation, catering, or banquet experience is a plus
• Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Basic understanding of food handling safety procedures
• Prior kitchen or culinary experience is advantageous but not mandatory
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending
