Duties

• Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces.
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as organizing supplies and handling ingredients when needed.
• Support catering events or banquet setups by providing clean dishware and assisting with basic food handling tasks.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by following proper sanitation procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean utensils and equipment for service.
• Help with general cleaning duties around the kitchen to uphold a safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with basic food handling, cleaning procedures, and kitchen safety standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
