About Us:

Brand-new Restaurant on the busy road of rt 20 in Sturbridge, Ma. We are currently looking to hire professional, hard working & team orientated dishwashers to join our team @ Gido’s Brick Oven Pizza & Ice Cream.

We are offering more than just brick-oven pizza and ice cream though! We also will be offering dishes such as wing/ tenders with a variety of flavors, chicken & waffle cones, baked and fried seafood, baked pasta, smash burgers & many other fun items! We will also have a full-service bar with keno & an outdoor patio!

Dishwasher Job Responsibilities:

• Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes. Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized.
• Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
• Maintains clean / dry floors throughout the shift.
• Properly washes, stacks, and stores glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.
• Changes water of machines and sinks every two hours, or more often as required by business levels, and properly uses chemical dilutions set by EcoLab.
• Maintains trash cans throughout shift and removes full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift.
• Maintains the dry storage area and the organization of storage shelves.
• Follows the posted daily dish cleaning duties.

Requirements:

We are looking for dishwashers to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant. Individual must have reliable transportation, able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
