Dishwasher

Champa Thai and Sushi Restaurant in Brier Creek Commons is looking for a hardworking/reliable dishwasher.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Load, run and unload dish machine
Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems
Monitor dish machine water temperature and chemicals to ensure sanitary wash cycle
Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware
Keep dishroom clean and organized
Sweeping, mopping and scrubbing of floors
Bag and haul trash and recycling to dumpster
Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss
Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies
Clean food preparation and production areas as required

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant experience preferred
Be physically able to lift, reach, bend and stoop
Be able to working in a standing position
Be able to safely lift bags, cases and stacks
Have positive attitude
Work well with others and be able to follow instruction
