Dishwasher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated part-time Dishwasher to join our team. The Dishwasher will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods. Must be able to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities:

- Load, run, and unload dishwashing machine

- Wash specific items by hand as needed

- Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately

- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and maintained

- Keep the dishwashing area clean and safe

- Assist with kitchen prep work as needed

Experience:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required

- Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Understanding of basic kitchen operations
