As a Dishwasher, you will ensure that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are spotless and ready for use, supporting the overall flow of food service operations. Duties

• Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools to uphold health standards
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, sinks, and surrounding areas to ensure a safe workspace
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as basic ingredient handling or setup when needed
• Support bussing duties by clearing tables and removing used dishware in dining areas
• Aid in catering and banquet setups by providing clean serving ware and assisting with plate clearing
• Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure safety compliance
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely replenishment of clean dishes during busy service periods

Skills

• Strong understanding of food service operations and restaurant hygiene standards
• Experience with bussing, food preparation, or catering environments is highly desirable
• Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation practices
• Prior kitchen or hotel experience is a plus; culinary or hospitality background preferred
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Willingness to learn new skills related to food service, catering, and kitchen operations
