We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our hospitality team. Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment after each meal service
- Load and unload dishwashers and washing machines
- Maintain a clean and organized dish room
- Assist cooks and servers with cleaning and organized
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
- Support the overall cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service
- Participate in cleaning and maintaining the kitchen, dish area, and floors
- keep all kitchen equipment and smallware clean and sanitary.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure that all dishes are clean and sanitized before being put back into circulation
- Be flexible and willing to adapt to changing priorities and work environments

Requirements

- Experience in a restaurant or food service environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Familiarity with hospitality and culinary practices
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines
- Experience with food preparation and plating is a plus
- Experience with washing dishes by hand is a plus
- Experience with operating a dishwashing machine is a plus
- Experience with cleaning and maintaining the dish room is a plus
- Experience with cleaning and maintaining the kitchen is a plus
- Experience with helping with food preparation and cooking is a plus
- Experience with helping with bussing tables and clearing debris is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
