Dishwasher

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen. Your role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant.

Duties:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwasher or by hand
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area
- Sort and stack clean dishes properly
- Assist with food preparation and plating when needed
- Empty trash containers regularly
- Clean kitchen equipment and appliances
- Follow proper sanitation procedures and guidelines
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations

Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Knowledge of basic food safety practices
