Dishwasher

Job Summary

Keep back of house stocked and equipped with clean dishes. Empty trash cans and bus cart effectively. Communicate with coworkers and management, adhere to safety procedures and follow sanitation guidelines.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Dishwashing -- operate dish wash machine, clean all dishware and silverware, floor and waste receptacles
• Checking proper wash and rinse temperatures
• Proper us of company equipment
• Maintain a working pace determined by the amount of business
• Products and materials -- must maintain the correct level of par stocks, handling, and storage of all dishwashing materials.
• Maintain clean work stations including dish are and bus cart

Education And/or Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

The employee regularly is exposed to hot and cold temperatures due to back and forth between front of house and back of house. Also may be exposed to cleaning chemicals. Floors in dish area will be slippery.
