Responsibilities

• Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment following health and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure proper storage of cleaned items
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
• Support catering and banquet events by providing timely dishwashing and setup assistance
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste and recyclables to maintain a hygienic environment
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to uphold cleanliness standards across all food service areas
• Follow all safety procedures related to food handling, cleaning chemicals, and equipment operation

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation practices
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting moderate loads, and bending frequently
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting culinary staff
• Basic understanding of kitchen operations such as bussing tables or assisting with food preparation is a plus
• Enthusiasm for working in a hospitality environment committed to exceptional guest experiences

Pay: $500.00 per week
