Responsibilities

• Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning techniques.
• Ensure all food handling and cleaning procedures comply with health and safety standards to maintain a hygienic workspace.
• Assist with bussing tables and clearing plates during service to support smooth restaurant operations.
• Support food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and assisting culinary staff with basic kitchen duties.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, sinks, and surrounding areas throughout your shift.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes and utensils for food service.
• Follow proper waste disposal procedures and manage recycling processes to uphold environmental standards.

Skills

• Strong understanding of food handling safety and sanitation protocols.
• Experience in bussing, food preparation, or general kitchen support within restaurant or hotel environments.
• Familiarity with catering or banquet service operations is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in busy dining settings while maintaining attention to detail.
