Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen tools promptly to keep up with service demands.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, including countertops and food prep areas, following sanitation standards.
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as basic chopping or ingredient setup when needed.
• Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use.
• Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health and safety regulations.
• Help with general cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas to sustain a tidy environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy service times.

Skills

• Prior experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is key.
• Strong attention to detail when cleaning and organizing kitchen items.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
