Dishwasher - Grana Roswell

Looking for individuals with passion and enthusiasm with a willingness to learn and grow with the leading culinary team in Atlanta. From Pasquale Pascarella, of the Porchetta Group, who brought authentic Italian Cuisine to Atlanta with Rosso, White Bull & Grana.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with the Executive Chef to learn daily work tasks and assist with basic prep.
• Operate and maintain the dish machine, and manually wash pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
• Sort, stack, and quickly restock clean plateware, glassware, and equipment for the line.
• Maintain sanitation standards as communicated by the health department.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area, dish pit, and shared kitchen floors, including regular trash removal.
• Perform work assignments efficiently to keep up with the fast pace of service.
• Communicate low inventory of food items, cleaning supplies, or dishwashing chemicals.
• Complete any other assignments as directed by Kitchen Management.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
