Duties

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools efficiently throughout your shift
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support the culinary team
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces
• Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for service
• Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health and safety standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy service times
• Assist with general cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas to uphold hygiene standards

Skills

• Strong understanding of food handling safety and sanitation practices
• Experience with bussing tables and supporting food service operations

• Previous restaurant, hotel, or culinary experience is highly desirable
