Responsibilities

- Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware and equipment are clean and ready for use.
- Help maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen, dining areas, and food prep zones by following proper cleaning procedures.
- Handle food safety practices diligently, including proper storage of clean items and disposal of waste.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy service times.
- Follow all health regulations and safety guidelines to keep the workspace safe for everyone.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food handling, restaurant work, or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory—training will be provided!
- Basic understanding of kitchen cleanliness standards and food safety practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation, catering support, and kitchen operations.
