Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen tools promptly to keep up with service demands.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables or assembling ingredients when needed.
• Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware and equipment are clean and ready for use.
• Help maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen, dining areas, and food prep zones by following proper cleaning procedures.
• Handle food safety practices diligently, including proper storage of clean items and disposal of waste.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy service times.
• Follow all health regulations and safety guidelines to keep the workspace safe for everyone.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food handling, restaurant work, or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory—training will be provided!
• Basic understanding of kitchen cleanliness standards and food safety practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation, catering support, and kitchen operations.
• Good teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues across various roles.
