Duties

• Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to uphold health standards.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as organizing ingredients and supplies to support kitchen operations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces.
• Support bussing duties by clearing tables and ensuring dining areas are tidy for guests.
• Aid in food handling and sanitation procedures in compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with culinary staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes for service or events.
• Assist with catering setups and banquet services by providing cleanware and supporting food service operations.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
• Familiarity with food handling, cleaning protocols, and basic kitchen operations is advantageous.
