Duties

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, workstations, and storage areas to uphold health standards
• Collaborate with culinary staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for service needs
• Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure safety compliance
• Assist with catering and banquet setups by providing clean dishware and organizing serving stations

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and food safety standards
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy trays or equipment
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and sanitation
• Willingness to learn food handling techniques and support kitchen operations
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience with bussing, food preparation, or banquet service is a plus but not mandatory
