- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables and handling basic food items when needed.
- Support the catering and banquet teams by ensuring all serving ware is clean and organized for events.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes during busy service periods.
- Adhere to cleaning schedules and sanitation protocols to maintain a hygienic work environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with basic kitchen operations such as bussing, cleaning, or food handling is advantageous.
- Experience with banquet or catering services can be a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
