Duties

• Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold hygiene standards.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables or assembling ingredients when needed.
• Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas.
• Contribute to banquet and catering setups by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen environment through regular cleaning of floors, counters, sinks, and storage areas.
• Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service times and special events.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key.
• Familiarity with kitchen operations such as bussing, food handling, or basic food prep is a plus.
• Experience working in banquet settings or catering environments can be advantageous.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and maintaining sanitation standards is beneficial.

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
