Responsibilities

• Efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment to uphold health standards.
• Support food preparation by organizing ingredients and supplies as needed for kitchen staff.
• Clear tables promptly, reset dining areas, and assist servers with bussing duties to ensure a smooth service flow.
• Assist with catering events or banquet setups by providing support in food handling and setup tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness in all service areas, including floors, counters, and storage spaces, ensuring a safe environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to facilitate efficient food service operations.
• Follow proper food handling procedures and safety guidelines at all times to ensure guest safety.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
• Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or moving supplies.
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues.
• Experience with banquet or catering services is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
