Duties

• Clear and bus tables efficiently, ensuring guests have a clean and inviting dining area
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting chefs and kitchen staff in maintaining flow during busy periods
• Handle dishwashing duties promptly, using commercial-grade equipment to ensure all utensils, plates, glasses, and cookware are sanitized and ready for use
• Maintain high standards of cleaning across all areas, including kitchen stations, dining rooms, and service areas
• Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold safety regulations and prevent contamination
• Collaborate with restaurant to deliver excellent food service and hospitality to guests

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
• Familiarity with bussing, cleaning, and basic food handling procedures is advantageous
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency
• Strong attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards across all areas
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues during busy shifts
• Knowledge of kitchen safety practices
