Dishwasher/Food Prep

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing workspaces.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients.
• Support banquet and catering events by ensuring all necessary items are clean and ready for service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Help with bussing tables and cleaning dining areas as required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration with kitchen staff.
• Experience in culinary settings such as hotels or catering services is advantageous.
