Responsibilities

• Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold hygiene standards.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning.
• Support catering and banquet events by preparing and organizing food items and serving stations.
• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including counters, floors, and storage spaces.
• Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
• Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas during service hours to support smooth operations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food prep and service delivery.

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
• Experience with food preparation, bussing, or catering enhances your fit for this role.
• Familiarity with kitchen safety protocols and cleaning procedures is advantageous.
• Banquet or hotel experience can be a plus, demonstrating ability to work in high-volume environments.
