Responsibilities

• Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
• Maintain the cleanliness of dishwashing stations, storage areas, and kitchen floors by regularly cleaning and organizing.
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as basic chopping or ingredient setup when needed to support the culinary team.
• Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for service.
• Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas during service to promote smooth operations.
• Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure hygiene compliance across all tasks.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes and maintain a seamless workflow.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
• Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy trays or moving supplies.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
• Experience with food preparation or catering is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting restaurant operations.
• Prior banquet or hotel experience can be advantageous but is not essential; we value motivated individuals eager to grow within the hospitality industry.
