Job Title - Transportation Dispatch Coordinator – Fleet Operations (U.S. & Canada)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Truck Dispatch Coordinator to manage real‑time fleet operations for our internal trucking team. In this in‑person role, you will coordinate daily dispatching, optimize routes, track vehicles, and communicate with drivers and customers to ensure timely, compliant deliveries. This position does not involve freight brokering, load booking, or rate negotiation.
What You’ll Do
Dispatch & Fleet Coordination
- Monitor and dispatch company vehicles using ELD/GPS tracking systems.
- Adjust routes in real time for traffic, weather, or delays.
- Ensure drivers adhere to schedule and Hours of Service (HOS) rules.
Communication
- Provide delivery status updates to customers and operations teams.
- Maintain professional communication with drivers via phone, ELD messages, and radio.
Documentation & Compliance
- Verify and manage delivery documents (BOLs, PODs, DVIRs).
- Maintain accurate logs and records in the Transportation Management System (TMS).
- Ensure compliance with FMCSA (U.S.) and cross‑border requirements.
Operational Support
- Coordinate with warehouse/shipping teams for pickups and handoffs.
- Report vehicle or driver issues to fleet management.
Who We’re Looking For
Required
- 1+ year of trucking dispatch experience (fleet operations, not brokerage).
- Experience with ELD/GPS tracking tools and TMS software.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of U.S. FMCSA/DOT Hours of Service rules (Canada compliance experience is a plus).
- Comfortable working in person with rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
