Job Title: Dispatch Coordinator

Location: Philadelphia, PA – On-site

Job Type: Full-time

Shift and Schedule: This is not a standard 8-hour office position. Typical start time is 6:00 AM, with workdays generally lasting 9–10 hours depending on workload and operational demands. Saturday work may be required as needed. Schedule and hours are subject to change based on business and operational needs.

The Role:
We’re seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to schedule and dispatch cranes, operators, and drivers, prepare lift plans, coordinate permits, and ensure every job runs smoothly. You’ll be the link between clients, operations, and field teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Schedule and dispatch cranes and operators using company software
• Coordinate lift plans, load charts, rigging, permits, and insurance
• Enter Quotes and Jobs into the system
• Communicate with clients and field personnel to ensure smooth project execution
• Manage multiple projects and on-call rotations, including evenings and weekends

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus
• 2-3 years in crane dispatch, heavy equipment scheduling, or high-volume operations
• Knowledge of cranes, rigging, lift planning, and safety requirements
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency; dispatch software experience a plus
