Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: SAR 6,000 – 8,000/month (depending on experience)

What You’ll Do – Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely delivery schedules
• Assign drivers and vehicles based on route optimization and availability
• Monitor real-time fleet status and resolve issues quickly
• Communicate with customers and drivers to ensure smooth logistics flow
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, routes, and incidents
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to manage inventory and shipments
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local laws

Skills:

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in dispatch software, GPS, and basic MS Office tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or dispatch preferred
