Dispatch Activity :-

1) Heading final packing process.
2) Checking stickers and guiding helper to do box packing.
3) Guide and monitor the box loading process.
4) Arranging Local tempo for dispatch.
5) sharing documents with a driver.
6) Follow up with the driver till the final shipment.
7) Stock maintains.

  • The Dispatch Supervisor manages the daily work of the assigned dispatch to plan, execute, monitor and manage a component of assigned drivers/equipment and implement customer plans, routes, schedules, and to pick up or deliver freight.
  • The Dispatch Supervisor coordinates the assigned dispatchers for the efficient and timely entry of all company and customer related data into the company transportation software and/or related software in the transportation department.
  • Works closely with company Load Planners and outside Carriers and ensures assigned dispatchers execute the efficient Load Plan models to ensure that the customer's needs are being met including the communication of essential information of pick up and delivery information to the customer, carriers, and drivers.

Responsibilities

  • Record daily receipt and consumption of materials (cement, aggregates, admixtures, spare parts).
  • Verify stock against records and report discrepancies or damages promptly.
  • Maintain stock registers/manual or ERP software and asset registers as per company policy.
  • Manage incoming materials, inspect quality, and ensure correct storage (with safety and FIFO - First-In, First-Out - practices).
  • Issue materials and spare parts for plant maintenance, batching, or repair activities, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase department for timely replenishment.
  • Prepare monthly store reconciliation statements and assist in audit activities.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency with inventory management systems, ERP software, and basic office applications (Excel, Word).
  • Attention to detail for material identification, record-keeping, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Physical stamina for handling materials.
  • Communication skills for coordination with purchases, plant operations, and vendors.
  • Understanding RMC processes and common construction material specifications.
  • Responsible organization and time management supporting timely batch production.

Typical Qualifications

  • Minimum BA/ Bcom.
  • Previous experience (2-5 years) in store/inventory management in manufacturing industry.
  • Certification in inventory management, Tally ERP, or plant operations is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
